SAP Business One offers several user type licenses based on the typical functionality that each user or enterprise require on their day-to-day processing. The SAP Business One users are divided into “SAP B1 Professional” and “SAP B1 Limited”.

Professional License
Professional User has access to all Modules.
Limited Finance
Limited Finance User can access accounting, payments, and other financial and banking functionality, including generation of the related reports. A Limited Finance User cannot create or print sales invoices.
Limited Logistics
Limited Logistics User has access to sales, purchasing, inventory, production, and warehouse functionality, including generation of the related reports.
Limited Sales CRM
Limited Sales CRM User has access rights to the SAP Business One sales, sales opportunities, and service modules and functionality including related reports, and can search company knowledge bases.

SAP HANA Engine has three types of engines which have been used on the basis of the requirement model. Engine’s types are Join Engine, OLAP Engine and Calculation Engine.

SAP Business One Version for HANA has the privilege to get this license for their Field Sale Personnel
SAP Business One Mobile Application for Service
SAP Business One Version for HANA has the privilege to get this license for their Field Service Personnel
Additional SAP Licenses Require as per Business Needs
Indirect User License – SAP Business One Indirect Access, user-based. is a Named User authorized to access SAP Business One via its application programming interfaces only. It cannot access any of the user interfaces (desktop and mobile) developed by SAP (except the login and password screen).
Intercompany Integration Solution -Intercompany Integration Solution for SAP Business One – The Intercompany Integration Solution for SAP Business One software may include certain third party open source and/or other components. It is important to take into consideration the Additional License Principles for the Intercompany Integration Solution for SAP Business One set out in the SAP Pricing and Licensing Principles when licensing the Intercompany Integration Solution for SAP Business One to End Users. The Named User license requirements apply also to the Use of the Intercompany Integration Solution for SAP Business One. Prerequisite: One Professional User or one Limited User required for each option licensed. When this option is selected, all Professional and Limited users in the license contract must be licensed.

20% SAP AMC will be Applicable, which will be helpful to download new updates, features and patch levels.
SAP Business One On Cloud – SQL
The License charges Include SAP AMC charges. License Lock – in period 3 years (per user). Hosting Charges are extra as applicable.
SAP Business One on Premise- HANA
20% SAP AMC will be Applicable, which will be helpful to download new updates, features and patch levels. Hosting charges are extra as applicable for Cloud Solution.
SAP Business One On Cloud – HANA
The License charges Include SAP AMC charges. License Lock – in period 3 years (per user). Hosting Charges are extra as applicable.
